Her practice focuses on helping individuals and families navigate complex family law issues, from high-asset divorces and contested custody disputes to prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.  In addition to her work with higher net-worth individuals, she is also committed to giving back to the community through pro bono work.  Ensuring that everyone has access to quality legal representation, regardless of financial means, is also a guiding principle of her practice.

Yasmine is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a Family Law Specialist since 2008, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and a Barrister and Solicitor of the British Columbia, Canada Bar.  She has been involved in numerous professional organizations on a city, state, and nationwide basis and is the co-author of a publication entitled “Financial Issues in Divorce.”  She has been selected as a California Super Lawyer every year since 2010. She has further been honored as one of the top 50 female lawyers in Northern California and received various awards recognizing her as an outstanding volunteer on behalf of numerous indigent clients.
